While I love making this dish, I was trying to come up with a way to present this in a different way. I usually make apple crumble in a large baking dish. So I tried making individual apple crumble with small ramekins. Then I had an idea, what if I replace the small ramekins with an edible cup? The light bulb lit up and this is how my apple crumble baked in apple cups were born. I’m sure this is not a new idea but I was so excited when I thought of the idea.
